Why you can move this fast

Most of the rules are not prompts. They are code.

Aggression is only an asset if it cannot blow up in your face. The limits that make this safe to use at speed are not instructions we hope a model remembers. They are conditions in the program — and the program does not have a bad night.

  1. The doctrine engine.

    It will never advise you to defend a rival, and it cannot build you a counter to an attack that was never aimed at you — because the code will not assemble one.

  2. The Model Code guard.

    Every publishable line is checked for communal and caste appeals and for unsubstantiated allegations — in Telugu, Hindi and Urdu as well as English. If the check cannot complete, the line does not go out.

  3. Provenance on every line.

    Source tags on the brief, official-versus-modelled chips on the numbers. A missing source is a missing line, never an invented one.

  4. A human hand on every public word.

    Nothing inside ASMI can post anywhere. It drafts; you publish.

  5. Your data, your rights.

    Consent gates every message, you can erase yourself in one command, and nothing you send is ever used to serve another client.

  6. One side of a contest. Never both.

    We will not run intelligence for two rivals in the same race — and the exclusivity your engagement carries is written into the contract, not just onto this page.

Starts from the official record, not an estimate

The map is real before the analysis begins.

Most political software starts with an estimate and dresses it up. ASMI starts with the record: 118 of the 119 Telangana Assembly seats from 2023 and all five Lok Sabha seats in the metro from 2024, taken from the official results REAL · ECI; the 2020 result for all 150 municipal wards; the 300 gazetted wards of the new delimitation.

Every fact carries its citation. Where a number is modelled, it says modelled. Where a party is missing, it says unknown — never zero.

Sharpened where it is hardest

Three parties, one government, and a phone that buzzes at seven.

ASMI has run daily for a state-level party organisation in a three-cornered southern state since 2026. Not a pilot deck: a brief every morning, alerts through the day, and a war map its operators open before they open anything else.

It told its own client the bad news first.

The party’s flagship action ran in three newspapers and, on social, almost nobody outside its own accounts carried it. The desk said so, at 7 AM, with the amplification move attached.

Eight outlets carried the story. Three sit inside the monitored corpus, and those are the three it counted. It does not round its own evidence up.

One office. A dozen seats — the principal’s desk, the people who face cameras, and one operator seat that owns the alerts and the war map. You nominate the operator. We sit beside them for the first two weeks, then it is theirs: our access logged, and revocable by you in a sentence.
