ASMI Voice · now on the phone

Your voice. Every call. Every language.

ASMI Voice adds phone calling to your ASMI workspace: outbound campaigns and inbound lines in nine languages, with a natural AI agent or your own consented voice. Disclosed as AI on every call, placed on Jio’s licensed network.

Part of ASMI

Same login. Same workspace. Same team.

Not a second product with a second dashboard. The desk you already run, now able to pick up the phone.

Launch from what you already have

A list your office holds, or an alert the desk raised this morning, becomes a call campaign without leaving the workspace.

Every call comes back

Transcript, outcome and callback flags land in the workspace beside the brief, so the room sees what the phone heard.

One account, one bill

The same people, the same permissions, the same invoice. Nothing new to install and nothing new to log into.

What it does

Four things it does on the phone.

01

Outbound campaigns

Reminders, surveys, outreach and follow-ups, placed from a list you already hold, in the language each person speaks.

reminders · surveys · outreach · follow-ups

02

Inbound lines

A number that answers around the clock, with no menu to press through, and hands the call to a person the moment a person is needed.

around the clock · no menus · hands off to a human

03

Your own voice

The agent can speak in your spokesperson’s voice, made with their recorded consent. It still says it is an AI, on every call.

recorded consent · announced as AI

04

After-call insight

Transcript, sentiment, outcome and who asked to be called back, for every call, back in the workspace.

transcript · sentiment · disposition · callbacks

How it works

Four steps, and the first one is ours.

  1. Set up.

We onboard your organisation and your call scripts, record your voice if you want it used, and set the calling up with the carrier before the first dial.

  2. Consent and lists.

Opt-in lists only. Every list is checked against the national Do Not Disturb registry before a single call is placed.

  3. Launch.

Start a campaign or open an inbound line from the workspace, on Jio’s licensed network, in the language your people speak.

  4. Learn.

Recordings, transcripts and outcomes come back to the room, with a handoff queue for the calls that asked for a person.

Languages

Nine languages, including English.

  • Telugu
  • Hindi
  • Bengali
  • Tamil
  • Kannada
  • Malayalam
  • Marathi
  • Punjabi
  • English

The agent handles the way people actually talk — Telugu-English and Hinglish in the same sentence — rather than textbook speech.

Responsible calling

Disclosed. Consented. On licensed lines.

Automated calling has earned its bad name honestly. These are the terms every call we place runs under, and none of them is optional.

  1. It says it is an AI.

Every call opens with a clear statement that the caller is an AI calling on behalf of your organisation.

  2. Your voice, on your terms.

Your voice is reproduced only with your recorded, written consent, for the campaigns you name, and you can withdraw it at any time.

  3. Licensed lines.

Calls go out on Jio’s licensed network, from the numbering set aside for business calling — never from an ordinary mobile number.

  4. Opt-in only.

Outreach runs on verifiable opt-in consent, and every list is checked against the national Do Not Disturb registry before a call is placed.

  5. Your data, under Indian law.

Call recordings and transcripts are handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, with India-resident processing available.

  6. Nobody’s voice but yours.

We do not reproduce the voice of any public figure, celebrity or private individual without their direct, documented consent.

Who it’s for

The office that already runs on ASMI.

Leaders’ offices, party organisations and campaign teams — the people who have a list, a deadline and not enough hands to make the calls.

Member and volunteer coordination

Confirm who is coming on Sunday, remind the ones who said yes, and know by Saturday night who did not pick up.

Constituent service lines

A number people can call about a grievance or a form, in their own language, at any hour, with a person one handoff away.

Event and enrolment reminders

Dates, documents and deadlines, delivered by a call that can answer the question that follows.

Questions

Six things people ask first.

Is AI calling legal in India?

Yes. Automated calls are regulated in India, and we run inside those rules: Jio’s licensed network, people who have opted in, and a caller that says it is an AI. We set that up for you before the first call goes out.

Will people know it’s an AI?

Always. Every call opens by saying so, in the language of the call — even when the agent is speaking in your voice.

Can it use my voice?

Yes, with your recorded consent. Your voice is reproduced only for the campaigns you name, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Which languages?

Telugu, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi and English — including the mixed Telugu-English and Hinglish people actually speak.

Can a human take over?

Yes. When a caller asks for a person, or the conversation needs one, the call is handed to your team live, with the transcript so far.

Where is my data stored?

Recordings and transcripts are handled under India’s data-protection law, and India-resident processing is available. They are yours, and nothing you record is ever used to serve another client.
