The conversation that decides elections now moves faster than any room of people can read it. Every office we have watched has the same shape of problem: three staffers with phones, a WhatsApp group nobody can keep up with, and a principal who finds out about the attack from a television anchor. The answer is not a bigger room. It is a desk that never stops reading, that judges what it finds against your doctrine rather than its own instincts, and that shows its working every time it opens its mouth.
That last part is the whole company, really. Anyone can put a model behind a phone number. The difficult, unglamorous, expensive work is making it honest at speed: rules in the program rather than in a prompt, a source behind every line, and a machine willing to tell its own client that this week did not land. We would rather ship a system that says “too few to call” than one that says something confident and wrong to a state president at seven in the morning.
How we work with you
One office. A dozen seats — the principal’s desk, the people who face cameras, and one operator seat that owns the alerts and the war map. You nominate the operator. We sit beside them for the first two weeks, then it is theirs: our access logged, and revocable by you in a sentence.
Three numbers are agreed on day one — time from an opponent’s post to your cited counter; the share of your own pushes carried by accounts outside your own within a day; Model Code incidents, target zero. At ninety days those numbers are the conversation, not a slide deck.
Scoped pricing, one number for the office. Onboarding takes about a day once scope is agreed. We do not sell seats to the public, and we do not take two sides of the same contest.
Alongside the product we take a small number of commissioned research and advisory engagements — diagnostics, issue papers, and briefing cadences for organisations that need the analysis without the daily machine. Same discipline: everything cited, everything dated, and the confidence stated rather than implied.
